The Membership Committee will review your application and, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this form duly filled, we will let you know if your application has been approved, including the type of membership. Details for the membership fee payment will be provided upon application approval.

One time Registration Fee:
RM200 - for Ordinary & Associate Membership
RM50 - for Student Membership

Annual Membership Fee:
RM500 - for Ordinary Member
RM300 - for Associate Member
RM50 - for Student Member
